A few progress shots..

Alex is working hard tonight.. and I am hardly working! Updating the blog counts, right?

Here are a few before and afters to show where things stand now. May not look like ‘progress’ but I swear it is!!

Guest bedroom – we removed a small closet to expand the main bathroom

Main Bathroom – changed the configuartion a bit and pushed the bathtub into the guest room closet

Stairway between the upstairs and main floor – removed the smelly window decal and improved the window insulation. Also ripped up the laminate (to be replaced by hardwood)

Basement – unfinished the laminate, fake panelling and the ceiling, and filled it with all of our worldly possessions!

Main floor dining/kitchen/living – Buh bye, wall! Much more open concept now. Aside from our piles of supplies for the kitchen. We also don’t intend to keep the fridge in the middle of the living room, but for now it does make beer rather convenient!
